My entrepreneurial journey began with the successful sale of my first startup, an EdTech platform built to serve more than 5,000 students in underserved Mexican communities. That exit shaped my approach to building technology that delivers measurable business outcomes and laid the foundation for Robles Consulting, where I architect and deliver high caliber software solutions across AI, cloud infrastructure, and full stack development.

Beyond hands on engineering, I have built and scaled distributed technology teams across the US and LATAM. I currently lead an 18 engineer organization spanning computer vision, machine learning, and full stack development. I use a strategic mix of full time engineers and specialized contractors through SOW based engagements to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality. My experience includes vendor negotiations, contract to hire pipelines, and the operational frameworks required to scale engineering organizations while maintaining accountability and budget discipline.

Through Robles Consulting, I have delivered more than 30 production systems and provided fractional CTO support, including architecture reviews, security hardening, and technical due diligence for M&A and fundraising efforts totaling over $50 million.

My technical depth includes AI and machine learning systems such as computer vision, NLP, predictive analytics, and generative models, as well as DevOps automation, cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and user centric product design. I approach every engagement with a crawl, walk, run philosophy, delivering incremental value quickly, building trust through execution, and aligning technology initiatives with strategic business goals from day one.

Internationally, I interned with LafargeHolcim Europe and led the Goodwall Ambassador Program in Switzerland, gaining firsthand experience navigating global operations. I have complemented my technical background with business coursework at Harvard and Cornell, which enables me to bridge innovation with sound business strategy.

Based in Dallas, Texas, I bring a holistic approach that integrates architecture, leadership, and advanced AI to deliver meaningful and lasting results for organizations of all sizes.
